WHAT WE DID
We first looked at how we could make the most of the venue layout, location, and size considering their local customer base, long term business goals, current, and target audience.
An overhaul of the venue's brand and approach to it's market and target audience. First, we completed an internal redesign and refurbishment. A complete makeover to the main dining area which included the installation of a bespoke and custom designed dessert and milkshake area. New bespoke high-end design wood panelling to the walls, a refreshed private garden area, interior furniture design, and spatial layout which enabled a significant increase in the numbers of customer seating as well as privacy options. Then finally, we brought a new face and image to the outside of the expansive venue. Our work included culminating their business goals aspirations; completing a new, more up-market look and feel and introducing new flows of income, which was essential for their business' survival.
Phase 2 had us establish a new front of venue image and full circle marketing strategy starting with a new logo and a bold new face/ front signage to match the renovated garden area. We also worked on the venues overhaul online, video, and media strategy.
