THE CHALLENGE
Create a recognizable high-end brand, and the equivalent foundational business assets and platforms to establish the company in the market and allow it to grow as a leader in their geographic area.
WHAT WE DID
First, we established a name that has meaning to their customers and one that is also meaningful to the company value proposition and owners. "Bellissima Makeovers" is a play on words between "Bella"; the name of the owner, the word "Bellissima" ; which means "beautiful" in Italian (the heritage of the owner) and "Makeovers"; a word which doesn't limit the business to any one part of the beauty industry and instead describes a benefit each customer receives after using their service.
We then created a very feminine look and feel to the logo and branding, demonstrated in their catchy and customer enticing call-to-action website. We infused their website with a variety of ethical principles of influence throughout to hook and engage with their prospects. A booking system, text message, email marketing management and media planning were all features and services we put in place that helped with their success.
We work in a long term relationship with Bellissima Makeovers to create offers, loyalty schemes and business growth strategies that promote long term growth cycles.
